Vintage ceramic barber pole razor blade disposal container. This container was used in homes and in barbershops for disposing of used razor blades. It is shaped like a vintage barber pole from the turn of the century, with red and white stripes encircling the pole. Used blades were deposited in the slot on the top of the sphere and collected there until it was full of used blade and then dumped in the garbage.
