Vintage Hand Carved Polished & Rough Edges Veined Marble Stone Ashtray MCM. Approximate measurements are: 1 1/4 Tall x 5 1/2 long x 4 1/4 wide & weighs approximately 2 lbs. without packing materials. Research shows approximately Circa 1960's - 1970's. It is a brown & tan with veins running throughout. Its oblong shape is a natural carved shape. There are 2 slots on opposite sides for cigarettes, cigars, or even incense. The bottom is completely smooth with veins running throughout. It could be used as an ashtray, incense burner, Candy/ Nut bowl, Catchall, Trinket Dish (for your keys, remotes, etc.), Candleholder, Paperweight, Barware, Tobacciana Collectible Decor or anything you can think of. Condition is preowned with cracks. The veining might look like cracks, but they are not. Scuffs/ Scratches on bottom & inside bowl due to age, use & love.
