This is an amazing vintage find! Little Elmer is from the Little Elmer Toy Company in WI. The small green spacer piece is supposed to be 2, there is only 1. All wood pieces and vegetable dye was used for the coloring. This makes many different toys. The box is in decent condition but is missing a flap from the top and the large top flap is no longer attached. This is a one of a kind vintage toy.
