Pre loved but in very good shape….….epi leather is LVs most durable leather…see the pics they are of the exact item you will recieve….date code…CA 0946..the top of the binder doesn’t match up but shouldn’t really affect too much. I’m pointing to it in the last pic…the end piece is flat and the ring doesn’t meet right…maybe could be bent to be better …there are many videos on YouTube that show how to do small fixes on lux items….doesnt seem to be peeling under either inside flap….you can get a replacement calendar on Amazon. Like $5-7. Snap works great….
