AB Mauri Sodium Bicarbonate Type I is recommended for use in all chemically leavened baked and frozen products including biscuits, cookies, crackers, pretzels, baking powders, self rising flours, and prepared cake mixes.
Suggested usage levels based on 100-lbs. flour are: ➢ Cookies 0.25 - 2.0%. ➢ Crackers 0.50 - 2.0%

Storage: A shelf life of twenty-four months can be obtained when stored unopened in a cool, dry area.
