The Faberge 1842 Yellow Gold Egg Chain Bracelet features the Faberge hallmark set on a 1.5mm trace chain in 18ct gold. The bracelet measures 6.5 inches in length, with the option to extend it to 7.2 inches, whilst the egg measures 18mm in height, 12mm in with and 2.5mm in depth.
In keeping with Faberge's penchant for surprise, the egg shaped hallmark conceals a hidden ruby at the back. Rubies are a symbol of passion, prosperity and protection, making them the perfect secret addition to this striking new collection.
The 1842 collection pays homage to the year when Gustav Faberge opened his jewellery boutique in St. Petersburg. This fine jewellery collection is inspired by the gold jewellery and precious accessories Faberge began producing in the years before the first Imperial Egg was born.
