Eastman is the owner of the William S. Haynes company! So it's no surprise that the body style is this flute heavily favors the Amadeus 500 series. This flute has inline G, open holes, c foot, and is plated.

This plays as is from top to bottom but for top playing condition, a service would be helpful. It could use cleaning, there is a slight residue on parts of the body. I was able to remove some by gently polishing but don't want to risk scratching as it doesn't impact the sound. Zoom in to see more details of cosmetic condition such as tarnish, scratches, small dings, etc. SOLD AS IS
Comes in original case. The serial number is written on the case on a white paint marker of some sort. It would likely be removable but again will leave that to the new owner.
