Dwarf White Isopods (Trichorhina tomentosa) Size and Appearance: Dwarf White Isopods are incredibly small, measuring under 0.5 cm (less than 1/4 inch) when fully grown. These little isopods are positively dwarfed by larger species like the Dairy Cow Isopods. Behavior: Unlike bolder, larger isopods, Dwarf Whites prefer to hide, burrow, and play dead when exposed. While not the most exciting pets, their utility lies elsewhere.
