Our isostatic graphite plates consist of over 99.98% pure carbon, making them highly resistant to temperature and thermal shock. They withstand rapid temperature changes effortlessly. In normal atmosphere, they can be heated up to 450C, and even higher under oxygen-free conditions. These products boast excellent surface quality and precise angles and flatness. Surface roughness Ra is less than 3.2 m, angle deviation is less than 0.1, and surface flatness is less than 0.03 mm. Sawn plates are produced within a tolerance of -0/+2 mm, with possible deviations in angle and surface. Standard maximum block dimensions are approximately 500 x 400 x 1200 mm.
