The Manhattan series combines high performance in ergonomics, design, and versatility in handling, adapting to the highest demands of the professional user.
- Precision and durability: The manhattan series knives are made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Forged in one piece, one of its main characteristics is the half bolster. Lastly, It has stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets which means corrosion won't ever be a problem for this knife and ensures a better grip.
- Safety and design: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
- Dimensions: The peeler knife measures 210 mm in length. Size Blade: 100 mm | 4” Inch. The chef knife measures 273 mm in length. Size Blade: 150 mm | 6” Inch. The rocking santoku knife measures 333 mm in length. Size Blade: 190 mm | 8” Inch.
