This is the conviction on which the GIESSER company was founded two centuries ago and on which it is still built, emphasises Hans-Joachim Giesser. We still run a real family business that has grown slowly and healthily from a passion for precise craftsmanship. Together with our 130 employees, we produce knives that are honest, solid and durable working tools. Attention: Even a Giesser knife cannot withstand extraneous rust. Avoid products that are washed in the dishwasher together with the Giesser products and can thus transfer extraneous rust.
