Hawkins Futura 30 cm Nonstick Induction Dosa Tava, Black (INDT30)

Dosa tawa is designed with just the right curvature and thickness so that you get the best cooking result when making dosa (rice and gram pancakes). The flange, which strongly connects the handle with strong stainless steel rivet, is uniquely designed not to interfere with the cooking surface and therefore allows you to make very large dosas, or several uttapams or cutlets, at a time, to maximize the cooking area. The 4.88mm extra thick heavy gauge metal ensures fast and even heat conduction and retains the heat well. The cooking surface is made of PFOA-free with a unique patent process by which high-quality nonstick coating (manufactured in Germany) is firmly locked into the hard hard anodized surface at the bottom. Therefore, if used properly, nonstick will last longer than normal nonstick. The Dosa Tawa Instruction Manual has 11 tested recipes for dosa tawa, which includes four varieties of dosa, uttapam, cutlet and roll. Dosa tawa is suitable for domestic gas, induction and radiant electric cooktop.
