Brass Shine Powder Detergent, 10 Pound Pail

Brass Shine powder detergent is specifically formulated to clean brass cartridges and other brass parts with minimal foaming in a rotary or magnetic tumbler using stainless steel tumbling pins. Brass Shine is biodegradable, minimally foaming, highly concentrated, and works with hard, soft, or purified water. Each 10 pound pail creates up to 250 gallons of cleaning solution. Directions: Using the included scoop, reference the suggested dosages below for guidelines on how much detergent is needed to thoroughly clean your brass. Do not overload your tumbler as your brass will require additional cleaning cycles and premature motor failure may occur. Check brass every 15 minutes to determine if additional cleaning is necessary. After cleaning is complete, rinse brass by hand, or run a clean water rinse cycle. Suggested starting dosages (you will fine tune this depending on your set up): - For 1 quart (1 liter) drum, use 1/2 quart (1/2 L) of water and 1 teaspoon for lightly soiled brass or 2 teaspoons for heavily soiled brass - For 1 gallon (4 liter) drum, use 2-3 quarts (2-3 L) of water and 1 tablespoon for lightly soiled brass or 2 tablespoons for heavily soiled brass - Per 1 gallon (4 liters) of water, use 1 tsp + 1 tbsp for lightly soiled brass or 2 tsp + 2 tbsp for heavily soiled brass Depending on the condition of your brass, local water quality, and drum load, more or less detergent may be needed. Experiment with different dosages to determine the optimal amount of detergent for your needs. CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. May be harmful if ingested or inhaled.
