Antique custom handmade 24KGY yellow gold herringbone necklace 18” with matching bracelet 7” 25 grams. Has been sterilized and refinished to newer condition. This is a very well-made item and even through the sterilization cleaning process and polishing it stays exactly the way it is. It doesn’t turn colors and the gold doesn’t come off.
