The ZED-10 features 4 XLR microphone inputs, 2 stereo inputs, and 4 mic/line inputs, 2 with a Class A FET high impedance design. The Class A FET inputs allow for a 26dB of gain boost needed for instruments with very low output pickups and ensure that the natural sound of the instrument is reproduced full of warmth and character. For equalizing individual instruments, the ZED-10 features a responsive 3-band swept-mid EQ on mono inputs and there is a 2-band EQ on the stereo channels. The unit provides separate headphones and speaker outputs for comprehensive monitoring, 48V phantom power for condenser mics, and balanced XLR main stereo outputs with inserts. The ZED-10 features 2 aux sends, a separately switched stereo bus, and DI level switching for sub mixing.
