- HIGH QUALITY: We use durable marine-grade vinyl and premium 1.5 lb upgraded high-density foam for our spa covers. Designed with two polystyrene steam-stoppers to retain heat and a vapor barrier to keep the moisture out of the cores. These are complemented by marine-grade polyester thread and heavy-duty nylon zippers with aluminum pulls, rigorously tested to endure one million uses.
- STRENGTH: Non-corrosive, galvanized metal C-Channel bars add superior strength and add structural support while keeping weight down. It will not fail, bend, or warp like aluminum which is 30% weaker.
- TAPERED DESIGN: These covers are designed with top-quality insulating polystyrene, tapered from 4 inches to 2 inches to ensure efficient rainwater runoff. Additionally, the breathable underside material allows water to dissipate and is chloric and bromine resistant.
- COMPATIBILITY: 84” x 84” Spa Cover fit 82” up to 84” Hot Tub Dimensions and has rounded corners that fit from 10” up to 12” radius.
