With the iMac 24″ M1 (2021), Apple has reduced the number of ports to a minimum – two Thunderbolt 4 on the base model, or two Thunderbolt 4 and two USB-C on the top model. But how to connect the USB peripherals? The compact LMP USB-C Tiny Hub can be operated on one of these Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C ports and transforms it into three USB-A ports with 5 Gbps each. The Tiny Hub has been specially designed for the iMac 24″ M1 (2021) and is ideal for connecting USB-A peripherals. The robust aluminium housing visually matches all colour variations of the iMac 24″ M1 (2021). To minimise the pull to the USB-C port, the back of the Tiny Hub is equipped with a special nano polymer adhesive pad. This allows the Tiny Hub to be firmly attached to the housing, but can be detached if necessary. When removing the Tiny Hub, no marks will be left on the iMac case. And if the adhesive pad is contaminated, it can be washed off and can be used again as new. As small as the Tiny Hub is, the benefit can be in daily work.
