Sweet & Tart, our Raspberry Balsamic is bursting with the natural flavor of Fresh, Ripe Raspberries. Makes a great Marinade or Glaze for Chicken & Pork. Also is fantastic as a Salad Dressing or over Fresh Fruit Dishes. All of VSOP's Balsamic Vinegars are progressively aged through a battery of seven fired wood barrels (cherry, oak, ash, chestnut, mulberry, juniper, acacia) of successively smaller sizes, according to the age old Solera Method. They are of the highest quality and are made in Modena, Italy from cooked, ultra premium caramelized grape must from Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes, which is cooked in a copper kettle over an open wood fire according to tradition.
