I bought this ignition lock cylinder for my 2000 Chevy Malibu, thinking that was what was wrong with my car. The anti theft system locked the car from starting and this is one of the things that will make your car not start. By doing process of elimination I found out that it wasn’t my ignition lock cylinder causingthe car not to start it was my body control module. The part has never been used, and since it is considered electrical I can’t return it. I paid $137 for it an I don’t wanna lose out entirely, so make an offer
