The Floor Mount Milling Machine Safety Guard is designed with enhanced safety features, including a 1/4" thick Lexan window for exceptional impact resistance and a wide coverage area. Finished in highly visible "OSHA Safety Orange" powder coating, this non-interlocked model ensures maximum safety in a workshop environment. With a standard post height of 60", it is essential to verify your machine’s specifications before ordering, especially if it has a riser block or exceeds the height of a standard Bridgeport. For compatibility with manual vertical milling machines, the durable aluminum post and base securely anchor the shield to the floor using included concrete anchors. The guard also features a standard shield size of 9” made from CNC billet aluminum, allowing for the easy mounting of accessories such as work lamps.

This model is the non-interlocked model.
• Standard Height: The standard post height is 60". Please verify your machine’s specifications before placing an order. If your mill is equipped with a riser block or is taller than a standard Bridgeport, you may need to request a taller post.
• Strong and Stable: If one of our bolt-on options is incompatible with your manual vertical milling machine, the floor mount style can be utilized. The shield is secured to the floor using a durable aluminum post and base, with concrete anchors included.
• An Accessory for Accessories: With a standard shield size of 9” and made from CNC billet aluminum construction with an industrial T-slot extrusion, this guard provides a way to mount work lamp or other accessories.
• Versatility at its Finest: Articulating arms enable operators to easily adjust the shield to accommodate various workpieces or fixtures. The guard can also be repositioned left or right along the rail and operates effectively with the head tilted in either direction, with an optional flat shield available.
