The Commanders, under offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury, expanded much of what they did in 2024..The run game featured a lot of creativity. The coaching staff went into each week trying to find a handful of ways to help create better leverage and numbers for their blocking schemes.Kingsbury expanded the pass game. With Jayden Daniels in year 2, the offense was able to try some new things. Different Keeper designs as well as Deep Over concept variations stood out. Kingsbury also expanded his 7-step play action menu significantly to help better push the ball downfield.The Commanders designed a lot of creative screens.
