In excellent condition with no rips, tares, or stains. It's never been washed or cut.
There are three uncut sacks on this piece. 108 inches long by 45 inches wide. I'm guessing that it's a reproduction probably done in the 80s? Still a really cool piece of fabric even has the typical "flaws" that flour sacks from the 30s had. Please examine photos closely.
