ULTRA RARE! This is an antique sterling silver chain with hand cut and mounted clear crystals. Likely quartz. Owner indicates this is at least 100 years old (c. 1900).
The item is in wonderful condition and current patina left intact, but the silver is easily polished. Each of the 17 crystals is unique in facet cut and shape from squares to rectangles averaging about 6.4 x 8.1 mm in size.
The overall chain length is 34 . You don't see this kind of hand work any more!
