Snow Village - #5013-0 - Snow Village Factory is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips that I can see, has original box, sleeve and lighting cord. box shows some wear from age and storage. Manufactured in 1987, this piece is retired is and would be a wonderful addition to your own collection or as a starter piece as a gift.
Condition: Piece is used by one family 5 times. I checked the entire piece and there is no wear nor tear.
Original box is included but may have writing, stickers, tape, or other damage. Approximate Size: Height: 8" x 8.5" x 8.75"
I have priced it lower than market value because it does not contain the lighting kit. Lighting kits are available at such stores as Michael's and even some hardware stores, so I have provided the concession so you can purchase it.
