This is a genuine brand-new Harley Davidson custom aluminum timing/points cover featuring a custom graphic which is hard coated over the aluminum cover. Not a decal or anything cheap, a very high-quality design on the product. It is brand new, never installed. The timing cover is the small cover which is located on the right side of the bike, near the foot brake. No gasket is required, as timing/points covers are a decorative cover on the bikes engine.
