Signed right bottom Napper. Frame measures 22 and 5/8 inches wide by 18 and 3/4 inches high. Print is approximately 15 and 1/2 by 11 and 1/2. The frame and mat looks very good. The print on very right is a little darker and I'm not sure if that's original or a stain. Please see closeups and if you need more pictures please let me know. John Napper (1916-2001) was an artist in the UK, painter and teacher. He was born in London, son of John Mortimer Napper, painter and illustrator. He studied at Royal Academy Schools 1933-4, then was a pupil of Geared Kelly, 1936-8.
