Pre-owned, but never used, a little dusty from sitting in the garage. This was part of a 4-piece set. You only get the Car Top Carrier here. It's in great condition, never used. It weighs approximately 3 pounds 6 ounces. I put 2 loveseat cushions, 1 couch cushion, and 2 throw pillows in it so you can see how much it could hold. There was room for more (see pictures 8 & 9).
