Doll is in excellent condition does not have hair bow, 14", three Effenbee charms, doll stand included.
Patsy dolls are a popular line of dolls originally manufactured by the Effanbee company, starting in 1928. The dolls were known for their distinctive child-like faces and were one of the first lines to have their own separately sold wardrobes. The original dolls were made of a sturdy composition material (a mixture of wood pulp and glue), which was popular at the time. The Patsy doll family was created by sculptor Bernard Lipfert and includes various sizes and characters.
