I am offering a vintage and rare Bespaq, 1:12 scale China Cabinet. The China cabinet is made of red mahogany. The original China cabinet was French during the reign of Louis XVI. The design of the intricate carvings was Gothic. The 18th century ended with the reemergence of Neoclassical art. Neoclassic was a fascination of Greco Roman style. The first neoclassic style, during Louis XVI reign was inspired by the interest in ancient Rome especially with the discovery of Pompeii. The style of furniture was ornate, rich, scene of rectilinear and geometric logic. The China cabinet is set off with the intricately carved Gothic embellishments on the glass doors and solid mahogany doors. The original was hand carved. Box #2
