EUC, I believe it to be Flannel Gray. It was sold to me as Flannel Gray. There is fading throughout. The hangtag is definitely gray, I am not sure if it is original to the bag. The strap has been shortened, don't know if it is original to the bag. You would need to buy a longer strap if you want to wear the bag crossbody.
