Looks like it could be brass. May polish up nicely if it is. - Comes with a hasp style latch so you could actually lock it with a padlock, if you want- Shape: Round- Diameter: 10 1/2"- Height: 6"MARKS: None that I could findCONDITION: Good vintage condition.This is OLD so there is paint loss, some minor denting.
