Only cosmetic flaws I found was the company ships the power adapter inside the lamp(it is really the only place for it in the box but we will make sure to wrap the adapter really good so there is not any further marks left) and it looks to have put a couple marks but it is on the inside and under the cushion so not visible unless you are looking for it or the pad is removed.
