Antique and very rare!!! I’ve only found one thing similar to it and it’s running 800!!! These are extremely rare to find. Needs to be cleaned up a bit but I don’t want to ruin its value by touching t: it has red rhinestones and pearls, red celluloid or Bakelite with gold painted designs. Very pretty almost French design. Circa 1900s
