The creamer has a chip and Crack on the spout. The cups are lighter in color than the cups. All have scratching and general wear. It is a cute set and would be great to use for decor. It is all usable but the creamer.
The measurements are:
Sugar bowl with lid 5.5" x 3" tall x 2" deep.
Creamer 5.5" long spout to handle end x 3" tall.
The cups are 2.5" tall x 4.5" long x 2.5" deep.
