It sold primarily Brioni, and it was known to have a "wise guy" client base. Supposedly, John Gotti bought suits there, but he did not have the store alter them. He had a tailor in Queens handle the alterations. It was one of Brioni's oldest and best accounts in NYC, and even though Brioni switched to machine padded collars and lapels, Brioni made hand sewn garments for DeLisi. DeLisi was one of the few Brioni retailers which continued to sell such garments.
