Brand new in box. One of the hinges of the battery compartment broke off; when batteries are inserted, the cover bulges out. One side of the box also has a crease in it. The batteries do stay inside and the frother does work.

How to Use: Press the button to start whisking and release the button to stop.
Notices: It is recommended that the continuous working time of the frother should not exceed 3 minutes. Do not immerse the main body of the product in liquid. If there is water on the whisk, please do not place the product upside down to avoid water flowing into the main body.
