This is a pendant top made of silver 925 featuring the Miraculous Medal (Medal of the Immaculate Conception) motif.
The front features the Immaculate Virgin Mary, and the back features the traditional Miraculous Medal design with a cross, the letter M, two hearts, and twelve stars. Latin inscriptions are engraved around the edge.
"O MARIA CONCEPTA SINE LABE ORA PRO NOBIS" (O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us).
The "1830" at the bottom is a traditional number indicating the year the Miraculous Medal originated.
