Pre-owned but I am not sure it has ever been used.
Feels full and heavy, and the opening at the top is clean (since the bottle is opaque, I cannot show by photo that it is full).
The only imperfection is the opening at the top. When it is opened, it is a bit difficult to close because one corner tries to go back in at an angle (and so gets stuck). The trick is to push back on that corner, which forces it to pop back into place and close (the marks on the corner are from me testing this out). I justbwanted to point this out so that it would not be a surprise.
Used to correct, restore, and purify dry/damaged hair. Safe forbusenon color-treated hair.
