This hot rollers look unused to maybe a couple time used in excellent condition. There are no cracks or chips on the lid or the case just normal scratches from handle and previous used. There are no residue or hair burn at the bottom case and all the rollers are in great shape as well. All look nice, clean has no stains. I had cleaned, tested this set and its work fine. Nice set to add to your hair care collection
