Can control all kinds of scooter functions with an app that Bluetooth to it. Tail light headlight 26 MPH sometimes 32 tops out I took out the governor with the app. You can fully customize this scooter. It is so nice. over 4 hours ride time on one charge. Can go over 15 Miles per charge! Green accents on scooter. Folds up for easy carry. Very nice fast ride. Can take off from 0.mph or push to start like usual scooters. Charger Not included sorry. Has many options controlled by an app for it. Great scooter great deal!
