This is in fact a glue stick. I cannot guarantee it work when removed from package. But this is a collectors item.

I don't even know what this is, it looks like a glue stick. And I think it's berry scented? I can't read Japanese. Coloring on plastic package is discolored because again, this thing has been sealed for 20 or more years. But if you're into weird wacky collectable 90s Japanese kawaii stationary, have at it.
