Excellent condition; the only minor flaw is a ~14 inch section of the robe inside hem is unstitched, see photos. Easy fix or just pin it in a pinch. Note that the straps on the nightgown were too long on the original owner so you can see the wrinkling where she tied a knot; iron/steamer will get that texture out easily. This washed and hung to dry beautifully, very clean with no flaws and original belt. Robe is a large and was worn more judging by the fading on the tag; however the nightgown, which is a medium, has a crispy tag indicating very little wear.
