Pottery Barn kids / baby Wizarding World of Harry Potter gold tulle ruffle with sparkles / shimmer crib skirt/toddler bed skirt / dust ruffle. This item was washed and used on a crib without the crib being used (we ended up using a bassinet). When we finally used the crib we dropped the mattress and took off the skirt. It does have a snag from where the liner fabric under the mattress got snagged on a spring from the crib. Wrinkled from storage and that will come out. Wash, dry according to instructions and steam works amazingly for wrinkles.
