Brand new never used, package came with two and Ive kept one. Used the other for airport & travel, busy foreign countries, cities and theme parks!! My four year old gets excited and runs off a lot! One cuff for mom or dad, the other cuff for kiddo. Kiddo cuff straps and “locks” with the key attached to moms cuff. Its very soft, totally for safety and kidnap PREVENTION ONLY!! Little wont slide off cuff and assailants wont be able to either without mom key.
Cord line is bouncy and soft/malleable. Stretches 10’+! These are mesh and fabric and padding. Could obviously be cut in needed situation. Moms cuff does not lock.
